[PATCH] don't normalize away /foo/.. for files as foo may be a symlink

I think any kind of normalizing, whether it is done by the SourceResolver or by
the operating system could be a security risk. Also taking into account that
this behaviour was recently (unintentionally) changed, maybe it makes sense to
restore it?
