See the James configuration files in CVS for an example of how to do this
with XML entities. The "trick" is realizing that the path is relative to
the bin directory of the container, at least using Phoenix, e.g.,
<!ENTITY listserverConfig SYSTEM
"file:../apps/james/conf/james-listmanager.xml">
<!ENTITY listserverStores SYSTEM
"file:../apps/james/conf/james-liststores.xml">
