When I develop a block, along with its .xinfo file, what else should I do in
order to let it be managered and foundby a ComponentManager?
is it merely packaged in a SAR file, and put under some directory of
phoenix?
it should be packaged into a JAR file and placed in SAR-INF/lib inside your SAR. You can then reference the component from your assembly.xml file
