There is no set procedure, so my suggestion is to post a vote, and then go for it. At this time I would use "Lazy consensus" as we seem to be a little low on steam at the moment.
We also need to do the same for DataSource. I beleive that there is no reason why whatever is there cannot be merged.
The Cornerstone Store and the Excalibur Store do have some differences, so if you could outline a simple integration plan, that would be great.
Lastly, we need to open up avalon-components to JAMES and Cocoon developers.

If I remember right, we agreed that the long term plan is to move all (useful) components from excalibur to the avalon-components repository.
Now, what is the procedure to do so?
I would like to move the xmlutil and the sourceresolve package.
In addition the store project from excalibur is very useful, but
we already have to cornerstone-store in avalon-components. I think
we should combine those two somehow.
