CVS for Merlin looks stable.
Everything is now updated to 3.0. Users of 2.1 should do a a totally clean installation. If you have an NT service installed running 2.1, you should de-install and reinstall the 3.0 version service. There are some significant changes between 2.1 and 3.0 - the impact of which will depend on the depth to which you have gone to in 2.1.
I'll be putting together a summary of changes tommorow.
