Yes it is different than Avalon does it today, but that is the point. I was trying to imply that Avalon today might be broken (or at least a little askew) As for putting together a proposal, that wasn't my intent either. I was more on a fishing expedition trying to see how the community felt on the issue. If the community believes that it is fine the way it is then it's not worth spending the time to go into to much detail. However, if people believe that one of the concepts has some merit then we can dig deeper and come up with a proposal from there. Honestly, I've been surprised with the limited response; usually people are eager to get their $.02 in.
