As part of the plan to focus on core technology, are such things as the
CasdcadingException classes being deprecated in favor of
org.apache.commons.lang.exception.*? Eventually, we'll all be dropping such
things in favor of JDK 1.4+ exceptions, anyway, but that's not a choice
currently, and we're looking to see which option to pick.
