The build includes the patch from Alexis that resolves the "Content is not allowed in prolog.", fixes a bug in the bootstrap loader concerning xerces classes, fixes a couple of other bugs related to error reporting, and incorporates the latest build of the framework candidate.
In principal we should be "cooking on gas".
