With the revised apache dist structure the bindownload and srcdownload are not needed - we just need download.html. However download.html is a generated file (isn't it) - after all - what is the download.ehtml file doing in /src?
AIUI, what is needed is for someone to commit a valid download.html file into avalon-site/site/, then
