Hmm. Politics in OSS design? In reality then, DEMOCRAT == LIBERAL. We could go farther and say REPUBLICAN == CONSERVATIVE. Then we can add one more to confuse matters worse and say that COMMUNIST == LIBERAL CONSERVATIVE.
