Sorry I responded really quickly - I saw Assert and though 'assert' keyword in new JDK my mistake.
no worries dude! I figured as much. Thing to remember with public lists is that lots of people are reading; I make a habit out of clarifying things just so the third party, fourth and fifth party also follow :D
