I was joking about these hidden agendas as you probably already know. But there are connections that are being made in my mind right now between Maven and the Merlin repository programing interfaces and directory enablement that are incredible. I'm overwhelmed by the possibilites here.
I'm incapable of maintaining hidden agendas hidden.
Easy solution:
Don't hide anything. Lay it out bare on the table, you may get more takers that way... ;P
