I agree the email trail is critical for tracking purposes and the list is exposed to 
the public and searchable via engines.  However their is excessive chatter on the list 
at times and I've contributed to it or begat some of it.  Sometimes you have 
fragmented thoughts and get it out to flush the mental buffer but it would be nice to 
consolidate these emails.  I think we can leverage messaging software to get in 
contact for a quick response or discuss things.  However we must be diligent and make 
sure we summarize our conclusion on the list so we do not become a closed community.
