Avalon Merlin 3.2 RC2 is now available;

This snapshot includes general synchronization with changes that have been included in the meta and repository packages, a number of improvements and bug fixes related to the handling of the root system and application repositories, updates to the transient lifestyle handler to ensure that transients are not assiged HARD collection policies, and naturally - more documentation.
