Snide and foolish comments like that don't help, Stephen. The Incubator is
neither the source of some mystery, nor the location of any hold up. As you
should have noticed from the e-mails, there is a document to be filled out
recording that everything has been done. Basically a dated checklist.
Someone agreed to fill it out, and we're simply waiting for that to be done.
