That reflects exactly my feelings. The conctract says configure is called once. Having a MutableConfiguration ... do we need a MutableParametrization? If configure can be called twice ... will we have to call also initialize again and start again? And if we have to call start, shoudn't we have called stop before? IMHO we're talking about an extension of the lifecycle that should not be pressed into the current sematics.
