I know this is more a PMC type of thing, but we should really consider yanking
their commit privs (rmoving from the avalon groups and avail) until a valid CLA
comes in. The next step is figuring out what they contributed code-wise. It is
not protected, so if those contributions are substantial (i.e. not just a patch)
then we have to consider what to do with that code.
I have a strong feeling this will not have much bearing on the current Avalon
scape.
