Looking at the archive, all of the files under sources/ appear to be duplicates of what those present in binaries, but since the sources directory is not empty, and archive is not configured to remove anything ever (archive contains the entire historical record), it cannot replicate the symlink.
Do you expect to start releasing separate source and binary packages?
Not in the immediate future.
Perhaps it would work to have dist sources/ be a real directory, awaiting separate source packages, and have 3.0/ and 3.2.5/ symlink to their real counterparts under binaries/.
That would make more sense.
Stephen.
