Tempting, but I have to balance my time among the activities that make sense for me. Fixing other people's build systems don't rank high on my list of
todos.
In the meantime you have available the released excalibur-event package. As part of the things I'm doing in cornerstone I'm probably going to hit excalibur-events in a few days time and clear out the deprecated content, bump the version and link the result into the cornerstone content. If you have any particular thoughts concerning the pool, threads and event content in excalibur - don't hesitate to post a not relative to the updates notes as they appear.
