It is all about Component Interoperability, at container-level, at IDE level, at search tools level, and every other conceivable application that may be interested in looking at the component. Today, we are very far from this, I would say the journey have just about started. I won't give up until this is achieved, as without it, COP is just another 'what could have been'...
