It should have been fixed now. I am not sure whether there are any side effects or
not, but I strongly doubt it.
The fix consists of a <xsl:value-of select="."/> changed to <xsl:apply-templates
select="." />.
I'll close this as soon as I have confirmed that there are no side effects and that
the fix works as expected.

It appears that the XSL transformations don't properly handle image tags inside of
anchor links. Example:
<a href="central/about/index.html">
<img src="images/avalon-central.png"
border="0" alt="Avalon Central"/>
</a>
will result in
<a href="central/about/index.html"/>
