The icons are LGPL'd.

I've personally contacted the KDE-Artists group with currently distributes
and licenses the artwork. They gave a thumbs up and confirmed by
understanding of how LGPL'd artwork would interacted with an ASL'd site.
Short version is that the icons are still LGPL'd, we need to offer SVG
source and credits, changes to SVG would be under LGPL, can including in
site with no 'viral' effects.

Sent an email and a reminder to the licensing@ email list. No response.

Since it's not part of our actual software offerings, we (the PMC) decided
the use of LGPL icons under the terms stated above were acceptable. I
haven't heard any official word from other ASF members claiming otherwise.

I do need to update our NOTICE files for the website documentation and right
now the credits and SVG sources are sorta hidden, which I plan on
reconciling real soon now.
