DefaultConfigurationBuilder.setEntityResolver - where is it?

I recall changing the DefaultConfigurationBuilder and adding the
setEntityResolver method, after the necessary discussion. Suddently I
realise that my modifications are not on the 4.2.0 release.

Am I missing something?
