Hello all. The PMC vote has finished on the Metro proposal.
YES = 3 NO = 0 ABSTAIN = 2 NO VOTE = 2 One "NO VOTE" was in favor of the proposal with the rider that some changes be made in the Metro PMC. Both abstaining votes were of a similar nature. According to the voting rules and procedures, the vote passes in the affirmative and can now be relayed to the ASF Board for approval. The next Board meeting is on the 18th.
