Stephen,

Drop the conspiracy theories. Nothing sinister has happened. You can ask
the PMC members themselves. No one is forcing them to remain silent. In
fact, I sent an extra memo to them today to encourage anyone who has felt
left out or comfortable about the process to speak up. No one has said
anything yet.

They are not incorrect or misleading. You're spreading FUD and I'm getting
tired of it.

I'll repeat what I mentioned several times already: I brought up the matter
with the PMC. We had several responses by PMC members. All were in
agreement. Thus a vote would have just delayed the obvious. Since we
already had a consensus, we moved forward. No one on the PMC objected to a
lack of an official vote. So since the PMC didn't mind, and you're not on
the PMC, then I don' understand what the problem is. If you were on the PMC
and had wanted a vote, that's a different matter. But you're not. So drop
it.

If you have serious concerns, go ahead and make a petition to the PMC and cc
the Board. This thread is going no where here.
