Reasons to switch to YAJL:
* Already supports intercepting / replacing the memory allocator.
* Already ported to Win32
* Uses CMake already
I think it also addresses a bug that we currently have in terms of compliance
with the spec since Jansson can't return anything other than a dictionary or
list from a JSON parse, but I don't recall for sure what that was.
