Here's a patch for this. It fixes the interop test script to use the correct
path and also changes python's build to not delete the build/ dir after each
step.
The server IP is also switched from 0.0.0.0 to 127.0.0.1, since the Ruby server
seems to try a reverse DNS lookup on this address which causes the tests to
time out, while 127.0.0.1 is usually in /etc/hosts.
