Attachment: AVRO-656.patch
New version of patch that removes the old GenericData.Fixed and
GenericData.EnumSymbol constructors. Null names are only permitted for records
and only match another null name, in order to support message parameter lists.
Unless there are objections, I will commit this version soon.
