Here's a patch for this.
- The top-level 'dist' target now invokes the 'dist' target in
lang/csharp/build.sh.
- The 'dist' target in lang/csharp/build.sh creates a binary tarball in the
top-level dist/ directory and also uses doxygen to create API documentation in
the top-level build/ directory for inclusion in the documentation tarball.
- The top-level documentation links to the C# API documentation.
- The MIT license for Json.NET is included in the top-level license file, since
we distribute this in the binary tarball.
