On latest Ubuntu AvrogencppTests.cc does not compile

This is because the new avrogencpp inserts {{avro/}} prefix to the included
header files. But before being installed, avro directory won't exist. but the
previous versions of Ubuntu and Cygwin used to work with or without the
{{avro/}} prefix. Fixing it so that it would work everywhere.
