The link to the variable-length coding of integers in the Lucene documentation
is broken: http://lucene.apache.org/java/2_4_0/fileformats.html#VInt.
http://lucene.apache.org/java/3_5_0/fileformats.html#VInt is the most recent
working version. They don't seem to use the "current" symlink convention that
we use; perhaps we could suggest that to them?
