Currently Avro C# works with .NET 3.5 on Linux. Is 4.0 already required on
Windows? If so then updating to 4.0 across the board probably won't do much
harm.
The Newtonsoft dependency is already there, not added by this patch. I just
had to update the DLL to its .NET 4.0 version.
