Here's an updated patch that does away with SequenceFileBase and requires no
changes to SequenceFile in Hadoop 2.
I've also added a comment to createTaskAttemptContext.
For the pom.xml version numbers - I'll fix that to use a single Hadoop version
when I do the work to build dual mapred artifacts.
