it would be nice if trevni support run-length encoding. columnar format should
first sort the columnar order based on selectivity .for higher selectivity
column trenvi should support run-length encoding .more information will be
found in paper "C-Store: A Column-oriented DBMS" section 3.1 :Encoding Schemes
