I've done a little bit of work to support the "code-first" (reflective) use
case here: https://github.com/GenslerAppsPod/scalavro
Scalavro depends upon runtime reflection to wrap the Java implementation. I've
been doing some research on 2.10 macros which may provide better performance,
as discussed above.
