Hi, there was a mail (thread) last year on adding default value support to Avro-C: http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/avro-dev/201304.mbox/%3C51755319.6080709%40creagertino.net%3E , I haven't found anything on the topic since then, and default values are still missing from Avro-C.
Is there any plan for that or work ongoing? If someone is working on it I would gladly join in, otherwise I would like to do it based on the mail from last year. Thanks and Regards, Jeno Hajdu
