Proposed implementation of HttpListenerServer based on .NET standard
HttpListener, and HttpTransceiver based on .NET standard HttpWebRequest, plus a
new unit test demonstrating a request-reply exchange using both components.
HttpTransceiver-based C# client implementation is also confirmed to interact
w/o issues with Java Avro server based on ResponderServlet running in Tomcat.
