Unlike most of the avro tools tojson does not currently support reading from
stdin. Adding this support would be quite conveniant. For example a pipe of
concat and tojson is much easier to use that having to write a shell script to
create a local file.
Source code said that stdin is not supported because we need a seekable stream,
however I believe this comment is outdated since it just works and other tools
have no issue dealing with stdin.
