The deploy fails on some of the build servers, where it seems not to be
permitted.
For example, this build failed on host jenkins-ubuntu-1404-4gb-938:

while this one succeeded (with no changes to code or Jenkins config) on host
H11:
https://builds.apache.org/view/A-D/view/Avro/job/AvroJava/480/
