The NettyServer constructor adds a new instance of NettyServerAvroHandler to
the ChannelPipeline. For those who'd like to provide their own handler (by
extending NettyServerAvroHandler or ChannelUpstreamHandler) a protected
"createNettyServerAvroHandler" method can instead be called. This will allow
sub classes of NettyServer to provide their own handler.
This follows the same pattern found in NettyTransceiver, where the protected
"createNettyClientAvroHandler" method is called when creating the
ChannelPipeline.
