[~dcreager]: Thanks for reviewing. I've attached an updated patch that uses
pkgconfig, and removes the FindJansson.cmake file (and the reference to it in
LICENSES). I've tested the build both on Mac OS (using Jansson from Homebrew)
and in Docker.
