Looks good to me. I checked:
* checksums and signatures all look good
* avro-doc has the correct license and notice
* new JS library works in node.js repl
* phunt's Avro IPC example works
* ruby (2.0.0) loads the library and schema normalization is present
* avro-tools shows usage with no args, tojson works as expected

Thanks for putting the RC together, Tom! And thanks to everyone that has been getting bug fixes in to make this happen.
