Add GenericRecord type to python version
GenericRecord allows to store schema, this is useful especially when
dealing with union schemas: it provides the ability for user to specify for a
datum the desired schema to take effect.
Without this type the "validate" function can't distinguish float- and
double-based schemas.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/shiraeeshi/avro feature/GenericRecord
