I ran into issues with the js publication, but not related to npm. Looks like
the version in our package.json was hard-coded to 1.8.0, so the signed release
tarball has version 1.8.0 instead of 1.8.1 and can't be uploaded to npm. I
think we should just go ahead and do another release for just the js component.
Any interest in being RM for it? Otherwise I'll call a vote soon-ish.
