    AVRO-1857: GenericDatumWriter.write using BufferedBinaryEncoder leaves
ByteBuffer in indeterminate state

Using readOnlyBuffer fixes the problem. I'm not sure where to put the
tests, is TestEncoders the proper class, or should I create a new one for these?
