I am working on adding my public key to the KEYS for making a release.
However, I guess only PMC can push to the KEYS file.
I have attached a diff file, and would appreciate if someone can add my key to
the KEYS file.
The reason I am asking for that is so I can call a vote on 1.8.2 rc since that
will need my signature to be verified.
