Hi, We have been notified by the Infra team of the Apache foundation that certain mirrors are being deleted and that they are currently working on it. This is not intentional. They have opened an issue with Github to resolve the same.
In the meantime you can use the git repository hosted by the ASF to work on : https://git1-us-west.apache.org/repos/asf/avro.git If there are any developments I will surely let you know of the same.
