Avro should use Yetus [InterfaceAudience
annotations|https://yetus.apache.org/documentation/in-progress/audience-annotations-apidocs/org/apache/yetus/audience/package-summary.html]
to mark classes which are intended for public use (these should rarely
change), and classes for private use. This could be beneficial for both clients
and API compatibility checker tools.
This package also has annotations for stability, we should also consider using
those.
