shoot. this won't work as-is, because author/skins is actually an svn external
reference ot part of the hadoop project. specifically:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/hadoop/common/site/main/author/src/documentation/skins
And they presumably will want their website to still refer to Hadoop. So I
think we need to make a copy of skins and then alter it?
