of the apache release page redirect to a [change log
panel|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AVRO?report=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.project:changelog-panel#selectedTab=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.project%3Achangelog-panel]
on JIRA, but that panel, if it exists at all, is not publicly visible.
